When I plug in a pair of headphones, mic seems to work fine and audio comes out fine as well, once unplugged the issue. Im running windows 10 and have realtek driver version 1.1 and its not picking up any audio with its internal mic. In Device Manager it only shows "High Definition Audio Device" and in PC Settings > Sound it actually lists my monitor ROG PG279Q which doesn't even have speakers and is connected to the GPU through Display Port.
